Went into the Columbia Mall today to buy some jeans. Buckle was the first place I went to (as it has been the only place I have bought my jeans over the last 10+ years). The store was far from busy and with at least 5 employees in there, I didn’t think it would be difficult to get assistance. Not one sales associate offered up any help. The customer service in this location is OUTSTANDING!!! I haven’t seen customer service like this in years. Joshua one of the personal stylist has a huge future in fashion, he is professional, kind and put together so many outfits! Xavier (I think he was store mngr) great also. Bravo Columbia, MO store

I am from out of town and had never been to this store before. After trying multiple other stores and sticking out, I stopped here. I was blown away by the customer service! I have a hard time finding clothes to fit by tall slender husband and I found lots of options here! Store employee even tried a shirt on for me because he was built like my husband. Great experience and I will definitely be back!
From out of state & was visiting the mall today. Had to stop at my favorite store (the buckle) & I must say, tyler, the man who worked there was amazing. I have shopped at probably 20 different buckles in 5 states this year and of any of them he provided the best service I've ever had. Great guy! Wish he worked at my hometown buckle store! Keep rocking tyler!!
Just wanted to say thank you to everyone at the buckle tonight my husband very picky lol me not so much everyone treated us awesome tonight even our lil one alexis. .walk out with 8 pairs of jeans and shirts. . Thanks again
