Staff is always helpful and friendly
Last weekend we stopped by the Sedalia Buckle store to get a pair of jeans. The first young lady was very helpful. They didn’t have my size but I asked if they could order another pair I had ordered online two weeks earlier. I was told by a different employee who did not even verify this online , that the style was no longer available. She said they had been discontinued and I was lucky to have gotten a pair.
