Last weekend we stopped by the Sedalia Buckle store to get a pair of jeans. The first young lady was very helpful. They didn’t have my size but I asked if they could order another pair I had ordered online two weeks earlier. I was told by a different employee who did not even verify this online , that the style was no longer available. She said they had been discontinued and I was lucky to have gotten a pair. I’m a regular shopper at Buckle. I came into the Sedalia Missouri location today to get a new belt I already knew what I wanted when I came in today, I am very familiar with the store at this location, They recently have gotten some new employees at this location with terrible attitudes. I’ve never had an experience like this in a Buckle store. I really wish Robbin was still the manager. She would never let any of her employees treat customers rudely.
