This store should be a model for the retail industry. The manager Kelly teaches her employees the importance of attention to details and developing personal relationships. Every employee follows her leadership model, most of them know my family by name and remember details of conversation from prior visits and always pick up where we left off. I had a GREAT experience last evening at this store. All the girls are so extremely helpful. There’s just so much merchandise to choose from and it can be overwhelming. I’ve shopped at several locations, but the Annapolis location is my absolute favorite!!! I went in today to get clothes for my upcoming engagement pictures and I’ve come here before and the ladies are just so incredibly helpful! @Kelly Holt, the store manager is the best!!
