RecommendedI don’t mind the Bay Park Square Buckle. We often go in for my boyfriends jeans and everyone is nice. However, I bought a pair of SODA sandals for $40 in May of 2022. They lasted three months and I wore them not even a dozen times. Here are current photos of the shoes. For $40 I expected more. It’s a shame because they are super cute and very comfortable. I’m hoping they can stand behind the brands they sell and make it right.
I have a pair of jeans from BKE. bought in 2017 shot by 2019. BKE customer service won't replace. I have several other pair from 2005 that are in excellent condition. apparently 2 years is the new longevity of the clothing.

Bought some miss me jeans a little while back i told the manager at buckle i had a problem with jeans ripping and she told me if they rip they will replace them and the first pair did exactly that so they were replaced and my second pair also ripped and now im told i cannot exchange these jeans that i paid $105 for.. that ive only worn a handful of times...
I bought two pairs of miss me's not even 3 months into wearing them they ripped. I'm petite and shouldn't have problems after paying over 200 dollars I'm very disappointed. wont be shopping here any longer. customer service sucks as well. lady told me she would help me and then disappeared and never came back.

I went to the buckle yesterday in Green Bay and when I walked in not one employee greeted me or asked me if I needed any help I walked around the entire store and walked out because the workers that were on were more worried chatting with their other co workers than helping customers ( as me and my friend were the only ones in the store ) ... I shop at buckles all the time and this one I been to a few times and same thing happens ! I will never be going to this buckle again! Poor customer service.
