I went into this Buckle yesterday. I was coming in at closing (which I felt horrible for & apologized many times). I had seen a particular pair of shoes that was on one of the displays. I brought it in & asked if she had that style in a 7 in any color. Two girls went into the back & brought out over 5 boxes. I had assumed I was in luck. To my dismay the girl opened up the boxes that were NOTHING like the style I had even brought to them. Had I been writing this a year ago I would have given it gives stars. I've been shopping at this Buckle for over 8 years and have never been treated so poorly. My last two visits have been so disrespectful and horrible experiences. Today I went into the store with my mother and we were immediately blown off my one of the female employees.
