I was always quite impressed with Buckle other then thinking their prices were a bit high. Recently though I heard of a customer being treated very poorly and also that buckle is selling other stores merchandise. Business's should understand that the customer comes first, I do not believe the associates at this particular buckle treat their customers as they should. So I give them a rating of "Poor"!
I shop here all the time and Ive never experienced such bad customer service as I did today for something that was their fault, and a mistake that their employees made! I got accused of lying and pretty much cheating out their store!
