This location is great! The customer service is top notch.. I bought my first pair of Buckle jeans a few weeks ago ( Buckle Black) and I absolutely love them, they won't be my last pair either... They are super comfy and wash great... I even got my Mom a pair and she loves them too.. Allie waited on us and a few other associates ( I'm sorry, I don't know their names) but everyone was just great... I will definitely be a repeat customer...
I bought a pair of Rock Revival jeans a few months ago and they won't exchange them. The jeans are defective with holes in the front and rear and all they will do is put patches on the inside. I suggest not buying jeans from them. When you pay $180 for jeans it looks like you could get customer service. What a RIP OFF!!
Friendly & helpfull staff. Offered to have my size pants shipped free cause they were out of stock!
