I’m in town visiting for the country music fest. My husband suggested we go shopping. As we were walking past the store we noticed the cowboy boots. We walked in the store and were greeted by Connie. Her customer service skills were sensational. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me pick out clothes and was very nice. I wound up getting three pairs of jeans, a pair of shorts and an equal amount of tops. My new favorite store!!
I have been a Buckle customer for 9 years and about 6 years ago I turned Jonathan on to BKE and he hasn't worn anything else since. He bought a pair in November and seemed to be wearing out way too quick so tonight we go shopping for him new jeans and Jonathan starts explaining how the most recent pair were wearing out (not looking for anything free) and the gentleman told his manager about it and decided to replace them free of charge! Jonathan still bought a pair also. We love our Buckle store!!!
