Buckle you seriously need new employees! I went in to do some Christmas shopping today and not one employee said hello, asked if I needed help or moved from behind the counter! All 3 of your employees stood behind the counter and were doing some of their own shopping on Buckles website!? Wtf! I was in the store for over 15mins and I was your only customer. This store is suffering in style and customer service since the entire team resigned following new management arrival. Super sad. Used to be my favorite place to shop. Now I go in and there is usually one person working the floor, no inventory just all around bad experience.
RecommendedI went into Buckle looking for a top for an interview. I not only had amazing service where I felt more like a friend than a customer, but they remembered me and greeted me the next time I came in asking about my interview. I really like the clothing but I love the people that work there. Thank you.

This was my first time at Buckle, and I'm also new to the area, everyone was so nice and welcoming. I was helped by all the employees, working at the time, including the store manager! They helped me pick out the newest trends and made real conversation with me! I have never experienced such amazing service anywhere that I have ever gone. Thank you so much guys, you rock!!
