Dr. Franklin and staff has always been friendly and welcoming, however, after they moved locations they failed to let some of their patients know that they would no longer accept certain insurance for ENT but could still use them for allergies. It would have been nice to know this BEFOREHAND. I recently found this out when I tried to schedule an appointment because I was having severe ear issues, only to be told they can't help me and I would have to find a new ENT office that takes my insurance.
