I placed a deposit to reserve a used vehicle, planning to return with my partner for a test drive and buy if it met our expectations. Despite this, the car was sold before we came back. Getting my deposit back required multiple visits. Customer care clearly isn’t a priority, and profit comes first. Kevin, my salesperson, was friendly and helpful, but his manager’s decision to sell the car anyway made the experience extremely disappointing.
I would like to share my concern with regarding my recent interaction with one of your sales representatives his name is GEORGES! Unfortunately, I found the experience to be unprofessional and disappointing. While discussing the price of the vehicle, I respectfully mentioned that another dealership had offered a different price for the same model.
