The maintenance staff at the building is great. Especially Alex and Jose, always showing up on time and doing good work on repairs. The property managers are also good and accomadating. My one complaint about the building is the excessive street noise from loud vehicles and drunk people outside.

Ben has been an amazing service provider. He is dependable, reliable and flexible. In addition to fulfilling work orders, i was once locked out of my office. Ben was on site and assisted immediately without forcing me to jump thru numerous hoops. Ben is amazing!
We truly appreciate Ben for his timeliness and professionalism. Every time VOCAL has an issue he is quick, friendly and does a great job.
