Extremely happy with the cleaning and rebinding of a wool, oriental area rug. The cost wasn't "cheap", but I feel that it was a fair price for the excellent results. The rug is clean, soft and lays flat like it should with no kinks or shrinkage. It looks like new.

These guys know their job in terms of technical aspects of carpet and rug cleaning. They understand that based on the material and type of the rug different process, detergents, and steps are required. They were also able to repair one of my rugs that had a little tear at the end. The communication was also acceptable (a little bit of an accent). They told me how long it’s gonna take for them to return the rugs and they returned them on time.
These guys know what they are doing. I am so happy I found them. I had eleven carpets cleaned, picked up and delivered. The carpets are gorgeous, vibrant and clean. Beyond my wildest expectations. Thank You so much.
