I’ve lived here since November of 2021 - and the HOA has NOT replied to any problems we have. Extremely rude and noisy neighbors which they won’t address considering the noise ordinance in place. They failed to call or even email back about a clogged sink on a shared wall ( which is their responsibility) that was clogged for 3 days. Had to push back our closing date on the condo because they failed to provide paperwork or even get in touch with realtors. They have a bed bug infestation in most units. We had to leave all of our stuff. & buy everything new.
