Just when I thought ‘Old School’ value and customer service was dead, Buckingham came to the rescue! Call them! Trust them! Use them! This most recent heat wave challenged my heat pump AC and Buckingham came to help. On a Friday late afternoon no less. They’re small, local and mighty! Really know their stuff.
We had Buckingham Air install a whole new system when we first moved in to our house about 5 years ago, since then we’ve had them come out to service it every six months. Last night we had a power outage that knocked the system offline and made it go to heating instead of cooling. Mr. Buckingham walked me through the process of bringing my system back on, and getting it back to working properly over the phone. Best A/C company we’ve ever dealt with and great customer service. I will always recommend them.
We found Buckingham on fluke from a random FB recommendation. We had been trying to find someone to fix our generator since Helene. Eric from Buckingham was so professional, knowledgeable and communicative and we could not have been more impressed. He showed up on time every time, fixed everything and was extremely reasonable. We will definitely be using him for any heating and air repairs going forward as well. We cannot recommend him enough.
Post-Helene - I had shut all breakers before power was restored, but when my friend turned them back on HVAC and Nest weren't working, and it was COLD. Eric came promptly, diagnosed and repaired, and all was well. Once again Buckingham has come thru! Many many thanks!!
Alex did terrific work for me today, and I so appreciate this company's expertise, thoughtfulness, and care for the job. George is truly invested in his customers and quick to send his folks out. Alex fixed my AC on the same day I called. Highly recommended! Thanks, Buckingham Heating & Air.
