The only recommendation I have regarding this place is: don't buy a damn thing here! The service is abysmal. I placed an order for my wife for our anniversary, and it wasn't even delivered. When you call the store, they can't give you any information on where the order is—or even whether they actually made it or not.And on top of that, they have the audacity to send me this email when the flower arrangement wasn't delivered all day long! Absolutely horrible. ordered my flowers DAYYYS in advance for my wife and I's second anniversary. They were to be delivered locally in Arlington, and it was not a holiday. Simple dozen roses, nothing too fancy or specially hard to find flowers. Requested delivery by 4:00 since she leaves at 5:30 but sometimes early if an apt cancels. I ordered Mother’s Day flowers for my wife online 11 days ago with delivery set for today. When nothing was delivered by 4:30pm, I called to check on the order. It took two call backs before they confirmed they lost my order and it wasn’t done. I was the told that they would have something delivered to our house in 10 minutes. Beyond disappointed- I spoke with them early in the day and they were supposed to call me back and never did. I called two hours before closing and got endless ringing and a full machine. They delivered to my friends apartment building and never notified me or her that she got a delivery. And the flowers themselves… UGLY. Very sparse when the bouquet is supposed to be full and vibrant but these are dull and filled with dirty water.
