In 1801, Dr. David Fell completed studies at the Pennsylvania Hospital under Benjamin Rush (the Surgeon General of the Continental Army) and started a general practice at the foot of Bowman's Hill near what is now New Hope. Don't be late. They will make you reschedule. I was 15 minutes late after driving over an hour to get there due to traffic. Completely unsympathetic desk staff.
