They are a family run business and treat their employees like family.
Absolutely loved the excursion we took today . Employee's were wonderful , friendly and almost like family . Not trying to brag but that engineer you have is my son !

Very reasonable on price very friendly people and very good train trip
Lots of interesting local history every other milepost. Can't beat turning around over the James River. (need the long excursion to go as far as Bremo Bluff bridge)
My friend John and I took a train ride on The Autumn Leaf Rambler and throughly enjoyed the three hour scenic ride. We definitely plan to return for another trip soon.
first time on a train for me and my son who is three. definitely not the last time either. cannot wait till spring to go again
