I have been a patient of dr enows for about two years now and I’ve never had any issues with him or reception I’m 19 and kinda young and all this is still kinda new to me but they welcome u in with open hands and the care dr enow gives is amazing not only that but he’s not a pushy doctor either he just wants to know his patient is going to be happy with his decision and benefit from in the long run I couldn’t ask for a better more understanding family doctor
The people who work at this centre are all compassionate and accommodating Recently, they went to great lengths in order to accommodate an issue that I had. Special thanks to Karen, Kathy, April, and Dictor Morrison, who eent above and beyond expectations. And of course, Doctor Enow, who is a kind and intelligent man and a great doctor
I would advise people who have had an issue with unprofessional non-medical staff to reach out to Kathryn ward at the Peterborough Family Health team to lodge an official complaint.
Every interaction I have had with the receptionist she has been so unbelievably rude and unhelpful. I am only 19 so I am still trying to figure out how to adult on my own and she has made every trip to the medical centre more stressful and confusing than it should even have to be, I leave feeling quite belittled. She should not be the face of the office, or work in any sort of customer service with her attitude and unkindness.
I have been going here for around 15 years. Dr Ferrier is great and the receptionists have always been pleasant every visit I have had.
