Lee the primary loader operator is fast with loading us all, weights are always on point or close, can’t expect perfection from technology. Lee is all over the quarry and always with a cheerful demeanor, we don’t see how he does it really. Easy in easy out as long as their not super busy. May I suggest CB radios to help with communication with the loader operators, it’s almost a necessity with the amount of trucks they get in there.
