This park looks nice on the outside but, for the three days we were there, the sprinklers ran from 10am to 5pm everyday. We could not even sit outside to enjoy the Texas weather. Bathrooms were dirty - when we got there and the entire time we were there. Spoke with the owner several times, he did not seem to care - did not seem concerned with RVers in the Park but was only concerned with RVers in the Club and for the up comming winter season.
