I dropped my car off Feb 29, 2020 to get my transmission fixed. It is now June 6th and my car has not been completed. He tried to give my car back with out my transmission being programmed to my car and charge extra to have my breaks done. If you are looking for a place with great service and excellent communication Don't Choose Buckeye Tires & Auto Werx. You will not get your money's worth.

The worst experience I've been through my whole entire life. My only advice is not to walkaway from this place, but run away and never fall into this trap. $9,000 worth car, all what's needed is to replace the engine, by far (5 months) the car is still not fixed, called 911 multiple times to investigate the case and have a valid proof for filing a case against the owner and his partner. The installed "new engine" supposed to be 65km but as a matter of fact it's 220km plus later I found the whole my main (OEM) original parts ... read more
