Elevators out of order for quite some time with several disabled residents living there and not able to make it up and down stairs under their own power.
Whoever owns this place needs fined so much that it hurts
Came to visit friends, elevator does not work,I had to watch elderly with walkers climbing 8 flights of stairs,I work in maintenance and had work for HUD ,you should be ashamed not taking care of this,some one could get hurt permanently,
