Nothing short of excellent. Staff were very professional and efficient. All aspects of the process went smoothly from start to finish. Thank you.
I don’t love leaving negative reviews, but this one is mainly about the price increase and scope of work. I gave clear instructions: clean the guest bathroom, tidy the common areas, sweep and mop, and wipe down the living room couch due to the cats. No bedrooms needed to be cleaned. However, a room I didn’t request was cleaned, which added time and cost. I run a business, so unexpected price increases for work outside the agreed scope put me at a loss. We've been using Buckeye State Cleaning for almost 10 years now and they have been great to work with, friendly, timely to flexible, do a good job, and reasonable pricing!
I don't usually give reviews but I am giving 1 star due to the overall experience and unprofessional communication. The advertised deal was 6 labor hours for $189 + tax, which was explained as 2 cleaners for 3 hours each. While this may technically equal 6 labor hours, the breakdown was not clearly communicated in a way that avoided confusion. Buckeye cleaners was our cleaners for several years as they were affordable and they did an awesome job. I would recommend them for cleaners. We only stopped using them because my husband and I both lost our jobs and we needed to cut back on expenses.
