This is the most honest review you could read. When we used this service, we were u happy with something that happened and they tried to resolve it. Ultimately the cost to fix it we felt was more than a small business should be responsible for. But they tried to make it right and that’s already better than most places. But the cleaning was amazing. They were quick but so efficient. They cleaned things I didn’t know existed. I’ve been thinking about it for a month or so and this is the best cleaning company we’ve ever used

We had Buckeye State Cleaning Services clean our apartment today. When the cleaners left I noticed our tv stand still had lots of dust on it. So i notified the owner Daniel Garcia who offered for them to come back and dust it. I said no thank you and moved on. Later that day we noticed that there was a dirty soiled cleaning rag left on top of our clean clothes that we had folded on a shelf. I also let the owner Daniel know about this. I had my 4th visit yesterday. As usual the workers arrived on time, worked constantly; no yacking on phone, joking around, etc. There is some difficulty communicating but I was always able to get my wishes across. They had a great work ethic which is rare these days. I intend to remain a loyal customer.

They had a good $$ deal for move in and move out cleaning, but communication was poor, nobody arrived after 25 minutes, and frankly it was not very professional.
