Buckeye State Cleaning stepped in to help when the cleaner we had hired to prep our house for a cookout canceled at the last minute. We were very grateful that they were able to squeeze us in and they were very accommodating with scheduling on short notice. The crew worked hard the entire time they were here and left the place looking spotless. Their attention to detail is outstanding.

I don’t love leaving negative reviews, but this one is mainly about the price increase and scope of work. I gave clear instructions: clean the guest bathroom, tidy the common areas, sweep and mop, and wipe down the living room couch due to the cats. No bedrooms needed to be cleaned. However, a room I didn’t request was cleaned, which added time and cost. I run a business, so unexpected price increases for work outside the agreed scope put me at a loss.
