Worst electric company ever. No one can afford 800 and 1000 dollar bills. Some greedy jerk is basically stealing our money and a lot of people are on fixed incomes. This should be illegal.
If I could give this company zero stars I would. Avoid getting them as your electric company at all costs!!!! They don’t have a single care for people. They will try to charge extra hidden fees for no reason. You’re going to be paying another rent payment just to have your lights on.
Buckeye Electricity Company is an absolute nightmare for its customers, leaving us in the dark far too often with frequent power outages that disrupt our lives. It’s infuriating how unreliable their service is, and to make matters worse, they drag their feet when it comes to restoring power, taking their sweet time while we’re left without heat, light, or basic necessities.
