I’m paying almost triple what the average American pays for electric Edit: my last bill was $400 for a family of 4 in a normal sized house. We are paying three times what the average American family pays for electricity which is $130 Edit: we are up to $444.
Power alway out more than on . They but band-Aids instead of fixing the problem. They goes to the same locations on Watson road every time poor service high billing also
Great response time to fix my transformer that shorted out due to a tree. Much cheaper than AEP also
Worst electric company ever. No one can afford 800 and 1000 dollar bills. Some greedy jerk is basically stealing our money and a lot of people are on fixed incomes. This should be illegal.
If I could give this company zero stars I would. Avoid getting them as your electric company at all costs!!!! They don’t have a single care for people. They will try to charge extra hidden fees for no reason. You’re going to be paying another rent payment just to have your lights on.
