Power very undependable they need to fix things
I’m paying almost triple what the average American pays for electric Edit: my last bill was $400 for a family of 4 in a normal sized house. We are paying three times what the average American family pays for electricity which is $130
made me pay for a transformer then now they want insurance on what i already own this company is a joke i will be going full solar this year cause of there antics
Do not purchase a house within this companies area. I swear if there’s a light gust of wind or the neighbors dog farts we lose power. Ethiopia has a better power infrastructure than this company. They don’t clear the lines. They don’t clean up after themselves. They don’t give accurate etas for repairs. They don’t care if you have a newborn and have no power. I repeat if you buy a house in Jackson you’re better off hooking up a donkey to a generator and using that. Or aep/city. It’s not worth the headache.
Day ? Hours ? of no power just a thunderstorm. High rates. Can't speak to anyone unless paying a bill
