I had a pipe burst in a cold snap and Buckeye Restoration put it right. They were in that day to prevent more damage and get the problem stabilized, then they took care of demolishing what needed demolished and put it right back to perfect condition. No hassle on my part, no fuss. Their folks are courteous and professional, and they do a great job at making sure you're kept in the loop! They even handled dealing with my insurance for me! Doug and his team replaced two doors in my home during December 2024. Everyone was very friendly and professional. There were a few unexpected hurdles that popped up during the installation but they still managed to get everything done in a remarkably efficient time frame. I will definitely use this company again!
My name is Julie Stephon. My fire was Dec 19,2023 and Chris Olson from Buckeye Restoration and his staff went above and beyond for me. Buckeye came out and mitigated the issue fine. Nice people and they did a good job. However, working with the restoration side was a terrible experience. I tried for two months to get them to estimate and schedule the work. They were unresponsive and poor at communicating. They would respond enough to string things along. I pushed this long because I wanted to work with one company from a a claims perspective and had a good, initial experience.
