Been using Buckeye Propone for other 10 years now. Always are time and drivers are nice. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is lacking of customer service support at the main office in Leesburg ohio. Very unfriendly staff member. Not sure why she cannot be friendly or pleasant? Which is odd because of town Mott sign is Firendly Village 🙄 not so much!
They swapped me tanks so I don't have to pay tank rent.and I have tank rental on my bill.im done with them.
They claim to run a promotion to get a tanks filled on Fridays. Youd be lucky to stop in when someone could fill a tank They have no idea when someone would be around to fill a 15 pound tank. It took calling three times to get the tank at my house filled. No organization.
