Waste of time and money Awful. Truly awful. I brought my car through the automated wash only to get home and find that my undercarriage and back bumper hadn't been touched. Calling their phone number resulted in nothing. I stopped by in person only to refused a refund, but told to "come back and [we] can take care of you." I stopped back later that week and no one was there to help me.
