I had a Kohler 26KW standby generator installed at my home. After several months of weekly exercise cycle operation, the generator failed to cycle, even after multiple manual start attempts. I called a Kohler certified repairman who checked out the unit and deduced that the starter motor was defective. The tech that came out seems very knowledgeable about the generator. We had another company out several times for the same issue and it kept coming back after multiple visits. Andy from Buckeye came out once, found the issue, and fixed it. They communicate well and I'm never left in the dark about what's going on. I would highly recommend Buckeye for your generator needs!
