The girls who were there a year or so ago were great but these new ones are ignorant and they don't care if u take your business else where. They dont know how to speak or answer questions. They dont even bother to call u if there's an issue with your insurance. They don't know if they are preferred with your insurance. I was told they don't call insurance companies up to the customer.
