I’ve ordered worms twice from Buckeye Organics my first order was for red wigglers and they arrived quickly and healthy. My second order was for African nightcrawlers they also shipped quickly and arrived healthy and they are massive compared to my red wigglers. Highly recommend this seller especially to anyone in close proximity to Ohio to reduce shipping distance
In 2019 I ordered my first ever batch of “red wigglers” from Amazon. Since this was my first experience with worms I didn’t know the difference between species, even though I read a lot before ordering them. Unfortunately what I got was 98% blue worms with very few reds. The few reds didn’t stand a chance against the super fast and efficient eating machine blue worms. We ordered 10,000 mealworms. We live in a state that is experiencing extreme heat. We had the worms held at the post office. Not one dead worm in the batch. I can't recommend Buckeye Organics enough. After several shipments of dead worms from an outfit in California with no refund or help, we are so glad to have found a reliable source that cares about the health of their animals when shipping. Thank you!
Worms were active and plentiful. Very different from the fishing worms at Walmart. I'll buy some more next season if not sooner.
