Bonnie & Kevin in Service were very helpful. I had a private setting to work and they were all very helpful and communicated with me every step. I have to mention Chad in sales he has sold my family 5 cars and are always treated so well!
My most recent experience was less than pleasant. I'm used to service writer's who stick to the reason I brought my vehicle in. This last visit, the service writer was overly pushy and it felt like all he cared about was up selling.
Horrid experience. Will never use again. Found Luke's Auto repair in Columbus Ohio. Buckeye Nissan provided a ridiculous repair process and would provide no repair warranty. Service Manager did not care and basically stated 'tough' - don't care, go away. Run from these guys and only use if you car under warranty. Once out of warranty, try Luke's Auto - nice people, good work and decent pricing with 5 year warranty parts and labor! Do not use Buckeye Nissan.
