I came to the Phoenix shop for a simple leaking air can replacement on my dry van trailer. Also asked for a DOT inspection. They wanted to charge me 750 dollars and fail the truck with a list of 10 things I should have done to the truck! I drove across town to a reputable shop and got a clean inspection with the truck in absolutely the same perfect condition. They did nock 200 off of my bill when I got upset...
Came to my yard to fix small problems with two of my semis and were able to resolve both at a fair place.
Do not recommend this shop or roadside. They are not knowledgeable at what they do. Can out to my yard and charges me $500 and left my truck the exact way they first started working on it. They were not able to fix it and still charged me. Do not call these guys.
Occasionally do pickups and drop offs in Phoenix while living in LA, but if I ever have a problem, I'm saving the work for the Buckeye boys. They do me right and are honest with the work and service.
They always do good work on our fleet. Can't think of a single drawback. The mechanics really know their stuff.
