Run down and a one star rating would be over rated
I moved into the park back in October of 2017. I first moved into a rental, and before long I decided to purchase my own RV and put it on a vacant lot in the park. I have to say I really enjoy living here. The manager, Betty, is a great person and easy to deal with. The owner Newell, is very fair and very friendly and easy to get along with. It's an old Mobile home Park there are no amenities but Newell is the owner, the office girl Betty they're nice people lot of old campers I've been going there for 3 years 2 to 4 months at a time. People are nice it's pretty much across from the largo Mall.
