Our family has trusted Buckeye for nearly 15 years, and it’s unbelievable how far downhill this place has gone. We’ve had fibreglass repairs, cover work, and other service work done here in the past, and for many years, it was always a positive experience. The staff used to be helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Gary when he was living was an absolute pleasure to deal with, and his kids carried on the same values, always courteous, customer-focused, and respectful. Sadly, that Buckeye is gone. After a tune-up at Buckeye, our Mastercraft (originally purchased from Buckeye) was returned with a dead battery, a broken trailer wheel, and engine issues that forced it back into the shop within a week. Repairs took nearly a year and involved repeated trial-and-error work rather than proper diagnostics. Follow ups remained unanswered. Most recently, I called with a simple question about locating a failed engine blower motor and was met with rude, dismissive service.
