Never had a chance to even buy a boat from them because they couldn't be bothered to return our calls
After a tune-up at Buckeye, our Mastercraft (originally purchased from Buckeye) was returned with a dead battery, a broken trailer wheel, and engine issues that forced it back into the shop within a week. Repairs took nearly a year and involved repeated trial-and-error work rather than proper diagnostics. Follow ups remained unanswered. Rented a 14 foot fishing boat over the May long weekend. Staff were very accommodating and professional. Went over all instructions for operating and getting through the locks. Boat was wide body deep hull with 9.9 horsepower which was sufficient for our purposes. Pick-up and return went very smoothly. Best price in the area as well. I will definitely rent from them again in the future. Thank you!!!
