Quality work done quickly. Had some issues with some work done on the property line of a neighbor, but the company worked diligently to respond to all issues as best they could. Very professional.
I paid for sprinkler startup/1 hr labor and shutdown last year, they failed to shut down the irrigation system before the freezes and my back flow froze and I had over $300 higher water bills than my highest summer bill. They said they'd take care of the reinstall of the back flow/startup, and then sent me a bill for the startup of the sprinkler system. Communication could have been better on when the job was going to start. I had to reach out as each quoted start date came and went without an update. When the job did start, John was great at communicating what would happen and gave me clear expectations. The team worked through the heat and we are happy with the results.
