Dr. Truong and all of the staff were fabulous. Polite, explained everything, calm, professional, patient w everyone and they were BUSY. Yes it took a while, but so does going to an ED and ED's can only order pain meds and antibiotics and cannot fix or pull the tooth. Yes, the bill was expensive, but they told everyone who walked in that they do not accept any insurance. So, the prices are not really that expensive, but if you are used to paying only your co-pay and your insurance pays the rest - then it will seem like a lot ... read more
There’s good…….and there’s great. I had an emergence moment that not only stressed me out due to the pain, but also drove my anxiety due to the cost. Tamika made me feel right at home. Otherwise I had healthy teeth, but Tamika made me realize that the world needed compassion and comfort when trying to solve the things that kept me up at night. I have problems - I call one space. Please ask for Tamika.
The only reason I went to this establishment is because of the holiday. Unfortunately I will NEVER come here again. Now the doctor and one of the nurse practitioners were very nice and professional. The establishment was very clean but the organization here is horrible. I was seen today because of an abscess tooth. The doctor did explained some options for my situation and what would be best. This is a scam. Price gouging!!! Let’s get this place shut down!!! The dentist is 9 months pregnant still trying to work???
$128 for an x ray is reasonable. They will not accept insurance and bill $700-900 for one tooth extraction...they off a care credit card that is basically a debt mechanism. These people are demons
