I had some intense wisdom tooth pain and they took care of me and got me out within 2.5 hours, very impressed for a Sunday. The ladies were amazing and the doctor was fantastic too, took a minute for the removal of the tooth. The shots I was given I couldn’t hardly feel because the lady was a pro. Definitely will come back if I need anything in the future.
I am very thankful for Dr. Truong and his team. I needed emergency treatment for an infection and received great care. Everyone there is kind, professional, efficient, and helpful. I was able to walk in on a Saturday morning (I couldn't wait for an upcoming appointment because the infection was progressing rapidly) and be seen very quickly, and the entire procedure was taken care of including medications I would need for recovery. I'm so glad to know they are there and appreciate the help they gave me.
Very Sketchy experience. I went seeking help with a Uti. I arrived at 12:00 pm on a Monday and all the lights were off. The only person in the entire building was the lady at the front desk, who implied she was a nurse? she administered all the things needed( pee test the antibiotic shot, and pills) but it just felt wrong in general. She was clumsy and didn't seem to know fully what to do. Late night tooth pain had me in literal tears, staff was amazingly patient and helpful. The Dr made me feel relaxed and explained everything, great job! I was in and out in no time with meds.Thank you so much, I feel 100% better this morning!
Wish I could give them no stars! Avoid them at all cost! They make you pay their exam fee up front without disclosing any prices to give you the option to determine if you want their treatment or not! Sat in this office for over 5hours for them to try and charge me 2 grand to remove a tooth! Worst place ever!
