I have never seen a service department or mechanic offer this level of service. Joni assisted me with finding the issue with my Honda Pilot. They were able to fix it and offered it complimentary free of charge because it was just a loose piece. Then they offered to fix the other issues that were playing the door. Found the piece end up not having to replace the entire thing. Just a $10 part flat. I will 100% be coming back to this dealership for all of my Honda needs because of this service department. The absolute best. Tire service was $100 lower than the competitors and included alignment that the other can’t do. People are extremely friendly. I have no need to go elsewhere.
