I highly recommend John Triplett in your service department. Every time I have an issue, a question, or a difficulty, he knows exactly where to look and exactly the information I might need to schedule a Service service appointment. When I go in for the appointment, he’s very excellent at telling me the approximate cost, and how long the Service should take.
