We had a friend who had just got on oxygen and they told us about this company.Said they were great.At first they had this guy come out named Jim or Jeff ,super nice,set up our equipment,showed us how to use it.Then a lady named Sandra who was a Dr.with there company,she was also great,very nicetalked about things to help our aunt breath better.This was great for about 2 years ,the man {sorry I didn't pay more attention{[ Jim/or Jeff?}would come by check the machine ,clean it , fix it.Then I started to have problemswith them... read more
