My wife and I bought new cpap machines 1 year ago. Today we went in so I could change to a larger mask. We were told I should have made an appt. To buy a cpap mask? My comment was "i'm not trying to fucking buy crack: Some mid life crisis karen magically appeared in classic hands on hips pose asking; " what did you say?" Came in for orientation on using a CPAP and received the most comprehensive and patient care from the RN here, Miranda Walker. She took her time, answered all our questions, and was very patient and kind. Buckeye in Crossville gets our highest recommendation and our gratitude!

I have been using a C Pac for 3 mths now and everyone has been very helpful and willing to answer all my questions. i was well instructed on how to use and care for my device. my replacements parts were ready for me to pick up. They are all very professional, patient, kind. they have made this change in my life easier. I thank them all.
