The store in Lancaster has a guy named J.P. and he is so incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and FAIR!! I suggest you go in there to see him BEFORE going to any jewelry stores to purchase anything... Plus I have seen the work he has done making jewelry and it's amazing! I learned so many interesting things in the short amount of time I was in there... So I must thank you for that too J.P.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME THIS BUSINESS IS CROOKED. Sent my fiance in with a UGL Appraisal Report of $7,215 on a cushion cut diamond/18k Gold Engagement Ring. I spoke with the owner Steve and received an estimated offer of $1,800-$2,000. Steve then offered my fiance $500 in store after driving 2 hrs to the location. Left the location and 30 minutes later received an offer of $1,700 at a nearby jeweler. Again don't waste your time this man is a fraud.
When my dad passed away he left my mom a ton of gold and silver he found at yard sales and thrift stores. We ran all around town getting quotes, and found that Buckeye had the best prices and best service. Now we only sell to Mark at the grove city location. He's always friendly and respectful of the items we bring...something other gold buying shops were not. They are the best.

I have to be honest, my first stop was at a gold & silver shop closer to home. The salesman treated me like I should be the grateful one that he was there! He took a look in my box of items, grabbed one and told me this whole box is stainless, I can't help you. Now I know that wasn't the truth but I was so frustrated with this guy that I left. We met Greg in the Gahanna office. I guess he's normally from the dublin location. He and the lady he was training were super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! They were very kind and helpful answering all our silly questions about different types/prices of gold and coins. Great experience & gave us a good price for what we sold !
