The good. Everyone was friendly and got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. The questionable. Had an emergency on 75 and told them exactly the part needed was. Still charged an hour of labor. Alright fine. The bad. Charged 75% markup on the part. It's even higher if you consider what my Ford dealer charges for it. Quick change opens at 7. No appointments needed. Got there at 7:45, expecting to wait. No cars in line. Guy says he has 3 appointments this morning so he can't get to me. REALLY? THERES NO ONE HERE??? Second time having a problem here. My Business has gone away. After being a customer for over 20 ears.
