I have been a patient here a couple years. Recently I need to change lens. One lense is not right so I contacted office 3 times with a promise of a call back. Never happened. I was promised a call back on Monday April14th. It is Wednesday and no call as to how we can fix the problem. I was see by an ophthalmologist and he suggest to replace lens. I hope they see this review. They were very well liked until this.
Great first experience with my almost 4 year old. Dr Barton was absolutely wonderful with her!! She made her feel safe and made the exam a fun "contest" to win prizes! She can't wait to go back next year LOL

The doctor was great but the office was terrible with insurance. They made it more complicated than it needed to be.
Would give a negative review if I could. Another review stated that $50 is required to even schedule an appointment with this DR. This is true and was a red flag to me. However,with specific eye issues, I was hopeful to obtain results. Upon completing numerous tests with her equipment machines, I was sent to order not one, but two pairs of eyeglasses based on DR Barton's 'evaluation". At checkout I was given a bill for over $1300.
