Rhett is always courteous and professional. Hands down I love Buckeye Express. These guys (& gals) maintain a great level of professionalism and are very attentive. I want to thank him for being available and welcoming!🫶🏾
I asked the attendant which washes included undercarriage rinsing and he just clicked the gold package without asking any other questions. Felt like $20 was steep but my car needed it. Well the machine was either broken or it didn’t include the undercarriage because it indeed did not even rinse underneath. Pretty disappointed for $20. Only reason I gave it 2 stars was because it was fast. I’ll stick to Andy’s in North Olmsted. Will not be returning.
