5 stars isn't enough! Very efficient operation and friendly staff all the time (I use the Ashland location). Car comes out very clean and done in just a few minutes every time. Even when I thought I had a problem (totally my mistake) they handled it quickly and professionally.
Went through the Lorain Location today and I must say your customer service has dropped. Im a monthly member and I was not offered an air freshener or a wipe towel. They weren't even out to hand out Several pieces of the washing equipment are not working and the towel dry at the end was not working. How can you charge us for a service when your wash is not fully operating. Get this fixed or I will cancel my membership and go elsewhere.
Bought the premium wash...$25....car was still dirty in wheel wells....tires and both back doors and back end... drove around and went through a 2nd time.....POINTLESS! Don't waste your money it's not worth it...my car was STILL filthy.....for $25 I could have done a better job elsewhere......smh....do better!!!!!
I've been to three different carwashes in the last few weeks and not one of them had the big spinning front clothes working.
