I don’t recommend using this car wash facility. Seems like they don’t inspect the equipment inside the wash bay, it will most certainly cause damage to your vehicle. Dry roller did this to my vehicle, this was the only facility that I’ve used since I purchased my car. Won’t be returning.
Been to this wash quite a few time. Multiple other locations as well. Been reasonable happy with the final results. But this past Sunday the dry cloth roller came down and ripped my wiper off of my truck. Luckily not the whole arm. I filled out my form to document my damage and the person there took pictures. I did as well. I was told in 48hrs someone would contact me. David the manager called and let me know they were not replacing my wiper mind you the wipers are $40 each.
