I went there to get my truck washed and got my passenger mirror ripped off. When they finally contacted me they refused to pay for any damages because my truck was more than 10 years old. I've since heard lots of bad things from other people. If this is how they do business they won't get anymore of mine. Beware!!!!!!
Took our new 2017 Fiesta there for a wash and drove straight home and was putting tire shine on our tires and noticed a smudge on my driver's side fender under the headlight. Went straight back and made an incident report and the girl working came out and took a picture and said mgr will call me the following day. Well he called and said he reviewed the video and said the smudge was there I told him there have been numerous reports made about cars being damaged, his comment those are all bogus.
