I had a great experience at this office. Everyone was professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I especially appreciated the bite block, which made the procedure much more comfortable and manageable. Overall, I’m very pleased with the care I received and would definitely recommend them!
Fast and efficient
Most organized, efficient, outstanding dental office I have ever been to! 2nd visit for procedure over several years and it was just as comfortable as the first. Dr Simpson and staff are pleasant, know how to communicate with patients, are very professional and get the job done very well!
I would not recommend this office, particularly for patients requiring sedation or those with dental anxiety. I followed all pre-operative instructions exactly. I took Halcion as prescribed, arrived on time, and was accompanied by both of my parents to assist me, as required. I also made the office aware in advance that I have prior experience with this medication and a history of dental anxiety. From the moment I arrived, the tone was dismissive. Dr.simpson was very pleasant and careful he explained everything,that helped with my nervous jitters first time getting a root canal done it wasn't bad at all.Dr Simpson is highly experienced didn't feel a thing he is recommended for all your root canal needs thank you!
