ALWAYS goes above and beyond for us and keeps us up to date with latest promos etc. makes the rest of the staff look lazy to be honest because none of the other employees even come remotely close. You have to beg them to do their job when Paul explains and does everything he is supposed to do plus some...
Amazing service and product selection. Can't name how many times we've asked them to come out same day... and they always send someone who's knowledgeable and friendly.
I've been bartending at Bar 1 West for years and today your service guy Paul went above and beyond cleaning our draft system. Haven’t seen that good of service since last year when the other service guy retired.
